Stefan Ziegler MRICS

Managing Director of Addvalue Capital GmbH

 

Stefan Ziegler has held different positions at KGAL Group and has managed the group until 2017. He focused on real estate, structured finance, private equity, IT and investor services. Stefan Ziegler initiated investment funds (AIFM) for institutional investors in the fields of aviation, alternative assets and real estate.

 

As the managing director and board member of Lufthansa Leasing, he was responsible for large-scale cross-border leasing transactions of Lufthansa Group.

 

David Billstein

Head of Project Management

 

Most recently, he headed the Berlin branch of BMP Baumanagement. He was responsible for the project management and controlling of complex building construction projects for public and private clients with an annual construction volume of approximately 250 million euros.

 

Prior to that, he held senior positions at various property development companies, managing the development of upscale residential construction projects.

 

As a lecturer, he teaches prospective architects at private and public universities in the subjects of project development, real estate management, performance specifications and construction organization.
